Wear Your Tri To Help Shirts!
In 2014, we started National Tri To Help Day on June 24th in honor of our daughter Adelyn “Addie” Stroup’s Birthday. She has inspired thousands to “Tri To Help” for Epilepsy either by volunteering, participating or sponsoring someone that did a Tri To Help Indoor Triathlon For Epilepsy event. We had pictures sent to us, donations made, and LOTS of activity on social media. Join us this year on June 24th:
- Wear your shirts & hats and post with #tritohelpday hashtag on twitter, instagram, or facebook
- Talk with family and friends about Tri To Help, Epilepsy, and your connection with our cause and event.
- Donate to support the growth of our Tri To Help events in other states
June 24th is not just another day, it’s a day you can Tri To Help!
